Mr.Rider is the not only the best attorney in SouthWest Virginia but he is a great man also. If you hire him he will be their for you the rest if your life almost. He will always answer your phone calls and be their to make you feel alot better. I've made many mistakes my whole life and hired Mr.Rider for every charge and every charge got dismissed. He has a very strong and respected presence in every courtroom in Virginia. When the prosecution knows you hired Mr.Rider they know you have a man that is gonna fight very hard for you and they know he will win so they usually dismiss the charges or give you a plea bargain that is great. I made a huge mistake and hired Tony Anderson. He never answered my calls and once he got the money I was nothing. I was thrown to the side. So please people just because Tony Anderson has a name in Roanoke dont mean he will do his best and get you the best results. He will pretty much screw you . Hire Mr. Rider and you will have a great man that will get you great results . Also if you look it up Mr.Rider is in many magazines as a super attorney and best lawyers in America. If you go in his office look on his walls . He is in so many magazines as being a super lawyer. He is one of the best attorneys you could ever hire. Never waste your money on another attorney because you heard his name. Look at the facts and the results that Mr.Rider has got people. When you are seen with Mr.Rider you will even have bailiffs or court sheriffs say comments about how good he is. So to wrap this up before you give any attorney any money call Mr.Rider and go talk to him. While your in his office look at his accomplishments on the walls. I would have to say Robert Rider is one of the best attorneys I've ever came across. I have been in and out of the legal system for over 20 years now and have always trusted Mr. Rider to handle my legal matters perfect. The difference between Mr.Rider is that once you hire him he almost like has your back for the rest of your life. You can almost call him anytime and he will take time to answer any questions you have. This shows that he is not only a great attorney but a caring man. Most attorneys take your money and you never hear from them or you just talk to the secretary. Not Mr.Rider he will be the one talking to you and returning your calls cause he invests his super lawyer skills into every case he has. I have so much respect for this man as he has treated me with so much respect and had my back for the past 20 years when I was in the wrong breaking the law Mr. Rider would work and get me great results. I can remember one time I hired him and it was for a very serious charge and I didn't even have to go in the court room. This happened two times . In Franklin county and Roanoke city because the prosecution knew Mr.Rider could prove me innocent. So to end this I would strongly reccomend Bob Rider for any criminal or traffic case . My family and I were in the process of moving from CT to NC. After a busy weekend of moving some belongings down to our new house we got up at 5am for a 13 hour drive back to CT. About 3 hours in I must have dozed off for a few seconds and sideswiped a Tractor Trailer on I-81 in Virginia. Falling asleep at the wheel in Virginia is a Class 1 misdemeanor and is considered reckless driving. After some research we found Attorney Rider. Attorney Rider and his legal assistant, Diane, were awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and the communication was outstanding. I never felt as if I was left in the dark. The whole process was done over the phone and email. Attorney Rider was able to have the charges dropped down to Improper Driving and the charges will be dismissed as long as my driving record remains clean for the next 6 months. This was my first accident after driving for 36 years and dealing with the aftereffects was nerve racking. After speaking with Bob and Diane I felt comforted.
