Knowing my worth should not be measured by someone else's standards

Goals can be envisioned but how do we actually action them? It's through our daily habits and changing our behaviors to help us reach those goals. Support is what most people need when it comes to changing behaviors and that's what I'm here to do.

My services can be provided online or remotely. I can listen from anywhere as long as you're open and willing to have the conversations.

Most my services are online so there is no need for close contact

Let's identify habits and behaviors to help action your goals

This session does not have a time limit. The focus is on one goal at a time. We will discuss your current habits and the behaviors that may be hindering you from actioning your goals. This is about you setting your goals, identifying your habits and creating an action plan.

This is a 6 part session that will be divided into 3 Phases. Here we will deep dive into your current habits and behaviors and identify what is holding you back. We'll also discuss how to create maintainable habits and Get to Work on actioning those goals. This is all on YOU. I will guide but you will WORK!
