I am so impressed with the professionalism of Rich the owner and Robert the service person who came.  I called at least 10 companies:  no answer, no call back, Bay Alarm stood me up twice, a guy from SF did not even know there was a switch for my alarm system.  To Robert, it was all transparent and easy.  He came on time, turned it on, tested every element.  All good and it was a real pleasure dealing with such a charming and knowledgeable guy.  This is going to be my security company henceforth. Rich, the owner, was great in coming in to my business and assessing the need for the proper security system. The two technicians who came down and did the install were very knowledgeable and their attention to detail was impeccable. They noticed that I had a dutch split door, which Rich must have missed. They were able to tweak the install and add a sensor to both portions of the door as an extra precaution. Cleaned up all of their work and mess after each portion of the install.
