We start by performing a few assessments to figure out what potential imbalances and compensations that could be going on. It’s important to recognize strengths early on as well as the areas that could use improvement. The most important thing is to learn proper form and understand how to safely exercise. This will allow you to achieve your goals without the risk of injury or upset. Doing so will provide a much better longevity in making fitness a lifestyle. Have fun with it!

Consistency and having a plan each week are what I believe makes or breaks dream body goals. Having a great time and a support system also plays a huge role. Find something you like to do. Do it with friends or a coach. Switch things up over the years as well. Remember, be realistic, there will be ups and downs. Your body changes all the time. It is important to work hard and make sacrifices to achieve your goals. Just make sure to enjoy the journey.

Connecting with people and watching growth happen is an incredibly rewarding part of being a Health Coach/Personal Trainer. When my clients achieve there goals I almost feel just as successful with them. Your goals are our goals. So let’s do it together.

I started working out at a younger age. I got really interested in not only fitness training and anatomy but also the mental aspect of it all as well. It led me to getting my certification and pursuing a job as a trainer. I really enjoy helping people build a better lifestyle for themselves.

A positive introduction to fitness is extremely important. Although it sounds formal now I truly believe finding a way to make exercise and health fun is the key to success. I have been certified by both NASM and ACE. These are some of the top certifications in the country. That being said I am proud to have gained all the fantastic knowledge through these intense courses, but I believe my hands on experience the last 15 years working with clients has really allowed me to elevate my career in this field. Hands on experience can be more important.

Absolutely. I have clients and classes I perform all over the country.

During the pandemic I had to pivot. Even to this day people have concerns about getting sick. I am happy to work remote and or wear a mask so you feel more comfortable if necessary.

Services

Completely PRIVATE one on one health and fitness training. Includes both physical AND mental aspects to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Also includes nutritional guidance and weekly workouts for the days we don’t meet.

A hybrid of both exercise and mental preparation to combat the struggles in lack of accountability and consistency. Helps to build a proper routine and lifestyle as well as learning to make fitness fun! Completely private one on one.
