Our very first Texas BBQ, we had the brisket with Cole slaw and fries. Everything was perfect, including the price. Loved the warm smoked BBQ sauce (first time). The young woman at the counter was extra friendly and helpful, she even recommended Grandma's Italian Cream Cake, which was amazing. Now this place is off the chain it's a barbecue joint and seafood place we went in to try out the barbecue but then we seen that they had catfish fillet plate they make your own tartar sauce which is a little spicy but delicious. I'm sorry I didn't catch a picture before I started eating. Food was good and fresh. It was my first time going and I'm sure I'll be going back. They usually have the best catfish in town. This is my go-to spot when craving fish. However the last 2 ocassions my fish orders were disappointing. It tasted like old grease was used. Very strong taste on the fish. I still refer people to this establishment because the staff is nice as well as the owner. Hopefully in the future Ill get a fresh batch. More...

Red Oak has a great place to order BBQ and Fish. I tried the sliced brisket, link and ribs it was pretty darn good and I didn't even use their sauce. Hubby tried the 2 meat stuffed potato, he could not eat it all! We both sampled the fried fish...OMG it was so goooood!! We will definitely be returning back! More...

My first time there I was blown away. The food is amazing and the young lady at the front has some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. She spoke well with confidence of the menu...help give options...made sure we were spoken to politely as well as greeting everyone who hit that door and asking to come back and visit. The fish is beyond words of greatness...the barbecue has its own distinct sweet smoke taste that you can't resist and the desserts oh my gosh are truly down south cuisine home cooked. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant indoors and outdoor. They are prompt and when busy they gave you a time frame on your wait. They were worth every penny and more!!!
