He is cool-headed, calm yet very aware of his client’s circumstances and security needs. He maintains the highest level of respectful, courteous, and supportive protection, and he does an exceptional job of finding out what his clients’ security needs are. Then he develops a superior plan that will yield a safer path forward for the client, taking into consideration their needs, their objectives, and their sensitivities to their security issues. In my case, I was threatened by an individual who no doubt wanted me to suffer harm, and he completely resolved the issue for me.He is a very strong, physically intimidating young man, who has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in protecting others, and he has the background and real time charisma and seasoning of a highly trained military man, yet he is relatively quiet, modest, and under stated. Reminds me of the saying ”…walk softly, but carry a big stick!” He possesses great communication skills, and he is both empathetic and understanding of his clients need for privacy and peace of mind. The first day he came to meet me for our beginning security briefing, he immediately put my mind at ease by answering every question I had, and explained clearly and concisely how he would protect my personal self, and my living space and home. And he does an outstanding job in every respect. He is good and true to his word, he always arrives early for his meetings with me, and I have never had a better employee in any capacity in my life. Most importantly, he cares very much for each individual’s dignity and feelings of self worth, and helps heal the scars that can follow a death threat or other very serious violation of someone’s sense of well being! He lifts my spirits with humor, kindness, and a dedication to my security needs and my personal safety. I trust him and his firm to provide superior service to me on any and all of my continuing security needs, and I honestly believe that you cannot find a more qualified, more honest, or more trustworthy individual, or firm to handle your security needs, no matter what they may be.
