Ana was a pleasure to work with from the start... I called several places in the area and everyone was quick to give me quote without really understanding what our vision was. Ana took the time to walk me through every detail -- how many? what flowers? what size? what colors? etc... I appreciated that SO much and am so happy we decide to work with Riverside Bouquet Florist. A regular customer recommenced this place. She said they had great service and quality flowers. Indeed they did! The customer service is excellent! ! I placed an order online and they contacted me within 10-15 minutes. I requested an arrangement that I saw online, but told them it was not within my budget. I let them know if it was possible to get the arrangement within my budget range, and they gladly modified the order to the price of my request! They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. We just lost a very good friend of ours and wanted to send flowers to her family. I looked at multiple websites and wasn't impressed in the area. I must've skipped their website because they were ranked number one. I called them and placed an order for a beautiful vase flower arrangement. It was a simple process and everything worked out on time and with professionalism. I was very very impressed with them for calling me and sending me a picture PRIOR to delivering them so i could tell them to change it or whatever but i ended up loving them and didn't change a thing. I asked for them to send me everything. I know I am a bit picky and demanding but I just wanted to ensure my friends were comforted during their time of struggle. have family staying in San Bernardino and I always prefer to call a flower shop directly instead of using a big network. I learned networks take so much money from the order before it gets to the florist it isn't worth it to give them business. I spoke to Angie and she walked me through everything. We had a great conversation and the phone call was nice. Made me feel good for ordering from them.The flowers arrived about an hour after I placed the order. That's the fastest time ever from a florist but I understand my delivery was close and they happened to die down from their rush. My Dad sent me a picture of the bouquet and they were lovely. I recently moved to Loma Linda and love to support the local businesses around town - thanks to Yelp, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this amazing flower shop tucked away on Hospitality Ln right by the 10 freeway. Flowers have always been a habit of sending. After buying so many arrangements I've learned to just let the designer's do their "thing" and only telling them the occasion and dollar amount. I still like to give the florists the opportunity to create me a custom piece of floral artwork - you can always tell how passionate and helpful a florist is about their job. I Love this place. I recently lost my mother-in-law and my family has been feeling really off. I had to fly over to Cali because I live out of state for the services. I spoke to Linda on the phone and her voice really helped calm our nerves. Her prices were very reasonable. She met with me and my family and was very kind. She wasn't pushy but was able to guide me in the right direction in what flowers and such that were needed for my mother-in-law's funeral. Five stars are not enough... The manager Linda had a mishap with my order on Valentine's Day. I understand the holiday can be pretty overwhelming for florists and restaurants. Rather than getting a refund Linda offered to send my fiancee an arrangement once the dust settled, on the house. To make up for what happened. The arrangement sent and the customer service was what made up. Most places would try to argue with me about what happened. But Linda accepted they had messed up without question and did their best to try to make things right. That's what businesses are to do. People mess up. That's life. I would like to take this time to thank Riverside Bouquet Florist. I had a flower arrangement made back in Oct. and was extremely satisfied with the arrangement. I returned yesterday May 17, 2018 to place another order, Anna and Bell were present at the store and were very pleasant upon my arrival, immediately they began to take my order and were very detailed with what I was requesting. Unlike a lot of places Anna and Bell have a great since of humor, they are very organized and professional and the work they do is amazing. The arrangement was actually delivered 30 minutes before the requested time and was beautiful. I'm so pleased with the service and flower arrangement from Riverside Bouquet!I called the morning before Mother's Day and was expecting to hear some grumbles from whoever answered the phone. Nope! I wish I had taken a better picture because the flower arrangement was beautiful . Our office just moved to a new facility behind the flower shop , and I needed to buy flower arrangement for a closing that close few days that I expected . When I walked in , i was greeted by the florist with a big smile . I explained what I was looking for and she said no problem , I'll have it ready for you  next day . I usually  order flowers from 1800 flowers .. so when It was to pick up the arrangements I was blown way. Can't say enough about how happy I am that I found Ana and the bouquet florists. After Teleflora failed to place my order with a local florist in Riverside this morning for same day delivery (which I paid extra for) I looked up florist in the local area and found them. I was refunded my money with Teleflora but had to fron the costs for the new arrangement until it reflected in my bank statement. Anyways, I spoke to Ana and told her my experience with Teleflora and why it was so important that an arrangement be delivered today she not only told me she would make sure it got delivered she actually put me on hold so she could tell her designer to start the arrangement. It was delivered within two hours unbelievably and my day was saved. Great service!! Hands down the best experience I've had thus far with a florist!
Linda was very communicative when I ordered long-distance. My sister needed flowers for her birthday. Yes, needed. She's a bougie! lol but Linda really took care of her side. She even, at my request , sent a picture of the arrangement before delivering even though they no longer do that in their service. Also delivery was perfectly timed, and very cordial. You see, my sister has been enduring some tough times and... and honestly I don't think I've ever heard her so pleased by a bouquet of roses and mix flowers. Truly beautiful. A glorious celebration occured after the birth of twins to our nephew and his wife. Such celebrations call for decorations and flowers came to mind for their dining table. I phoned Inland Florist long distance to place an order - sight unseen. The designer Julian was so helpful and accomodating! We decided together to wait and send the flowers the following day as they were expecting a fresh shipment and it would give him time to obtain fresh flowers to adorn the arrangement. He asked me for an email address to forward the receipt and I asked if he could send along a photo as well. No problem and both were received the next day. And the arrangement was cute and beautiful and perfect!

5 stars are not enough for the 10 star service we received! Angie and her assistant were spot on perfect. My firm received an arrangement from another local florist which left alot to be desired. I took a chance on Inland Florist since they are conveniently located on Hospitality where they deliver great hospitality. Angie accommodated me by reviewing the pictures I sent to her phone then coming up with something much nicer. She also had a gorgeous arrangement ready for us in a little over an hour. At 4:45pm the day before my brother's funeral we had just arrived in town and were looking for flowers for the service. We entered the shop and described what we wanted (an easel of red, white and blue flowers). She said she was just about to close but that she would put them together and have it delivered in time for the 9am funeral. After being last minute and not having researched the subject we expected to settle for whatever we got. Boy, were we surprised! She made an outstanding arrangement that was elegant and uplifting.
