As a disclosure, my only time going here was for a corporate event, where the restaurant was closed to the public and we were served from a set menu. With that being said, let me tell you about the food and service. 1. The appetizers they served were delicious. They had wagyu beef bites, which were seasoned and cooked perfectly and balsamic pears. The pears were unique and very flavorful. The beef bites were amazing. I genuinely could have eaten 50 of these. 2. They served a delicious wedge salad. The key to a good wedge is the bacon IMO. Well, there was plenty of delicious crispy bacon the the wedge so no complaints here. 3. For the main course I got the filet mignon. It was cooked to a delicious medium and served with these delicious onion straws on top. Simple, yet delicious. The space is gorgeous even though it is quite loud. Arguably the best fine dining experience on Main St in Park City. If you don't mind the $$$ and can manage to secure a reservation you won't be disappointed. The secret for Riverhorse is to come during the shoulder season and enjoy the locals discounts across the menu. This meal made its way into my top ten beat meals of all time. Each course topped the last - just when you thought it couldn't possibly be better, it was! Our server was Jeff and he was so delightful - and funny. He gave us honest answers to our questions and was very knowledgeable. His service enhanced our dining experience. They did allow us to bring our own bottle of wine, which we had for dinner, but our pre dinner cocktails were excellent. We did it up here, no regrets. I'd recommend making a reservation. We came here for a special anniversary dinner after reading great reviews and seeing that they can easily accommodate those with dietary restrictions. It's just not all that often I can get a vegan meal that's on par with the other options on a menu, especially if you're talking about a high-end dining experience.This restaurant is stunning and the service is impeccable. We came early, were seated in the bar, and enjoyed our cocktails while waiting for our table. When we were seated, the staff was attentive, the food was incredible, and we left with full bellies and very happy hearts.If you want a restaurant that's beautiful and provides the ambiance and food for a special occasion, you won't be disappointed here. What a delightful dinner last night. The live music was fantastic (I'd love to see sister mister trio again here;), the service is always top notch, and the food is simply spectacular. I've never had buffalo tartare and is was pretty sensational. I think the only entree I've ever ordered here is the pistachio rainbow trout....but I just crave it when I'm away, and lasts nights did not disappoint.
