I’ve taken my dog many places to be groomed trying to find the right place. I’ve had awful experiences from the way they groomed my dog to the customer service especially when trying to make an appointment. Until I went to riverfront pets. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced when it comes to my dog. I’m very particular when it comes to her cut and the way I prefer her to look. From the moment riverfront pets answered the phone they were extremely kind and helpful and answered all my questions. They even offered to let me bring my dog in first to meet with the groomer before making the appointment. And the great service didn’t stop there. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles and they asked if this was Tink (my dogs name) without even having to look at the appointment book. They listened to everything I said about how I wanted her cut and were extremely friendly, giving my dog treats and petting her while I talked with them. The store is clean and organized with high end pet supplies at affordable prices. When I picked my dog up she looked absolutely adorable, I could tell they really took the time to make her look great and listened to everything I had said. Cute little pet shop in an area of the city where there are a lot of dogs! And pedestrians. They were hosting a fundraiser for a local humane shelter tonight and I went to support that.

We love, love, love Riverfront Pets in our home! From the day we moved into the neighborhood and made our way into the store, we were welcomed and treated like family! Their selection of treats, food, toys, and puppy necessities is well thought out. Most importantly, though, they truly treat your pets as their own... whether you simply stop in the store with them, they’re getting a bath, house-sitting, or you see each other on the street. Our dog Okemo has never looked more handsome than when he leaves Morgan for a bath! We also recently rescued a new puppy, Daisy, who is terrified of being left alone. Morgan was watching the pups while away, and brought Daisy down to the store for the day so she wasn’t scared being left alone - where (you guessed it) she was treated like family. We also just started attending training there with Lee, and could not be happier! She is patient, helpful, and has shown us skills and tricks we never would have came up with on our own. Riverfront Pets is a premier establishment. Their involvement here at the Riverfront is a wonderful resource for all of us with pets .  The grooming services are , by far, the best in the area. I have raised , shown and cared for the breed I love for 46 years and the professionalism and precision these groomers provide cannot be matched.I also want to mention from a previous review that care of our animals sometimes includes , with long haired breeds especially, daily brushing to avoid matting .  Learned from old timers years ago to run a quick brush through the coat in the morning and quickly wipe the face and body with a wet wipe. I don't even know where to begin...this place is truly amazing, not only because they have the best food and pet supplies but because they have genuine, caring, and incredible people who work here. Laura and Clinton (the owners) are so helpful and they knew what they were doing when they hired their staff. Erin is a god send!! Hailey, Morgan, and the other employees are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about pets. A little background on my story: I have never owned a pet before and my boyfriend and I recently rescued a 5 month old lab. We were concerned about putting her on the right food and she had really bad separation anxiety. Every single person at this store was so helpful. Laura researched articles about separation anxiety. Even customers who come in there were so nice and trying to be positive and reassuring. Our puppy is so spoiled every time we go in the store and it means so much to us!! We are SO lucky to have Riverfront Pets so close to our home. And I can't believe how great their hours are! Everyone always has a smile on their face and they are extremely eager to help. They call our dog by name every time we walk in! As a pet owner on the riverfront, we run in to lots of other pet owners and they also talk about how great Riverfront Pets is because of the people who work there! The staff truly goes above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for our puppy and everything they have done to help ease my mind!! The service is of the highest order. The people here are friendly, competent, and deeply involved in the community. They frequently hold charity events and provide food and drink while offering all sorts of exciting activities for dogs. They sell high quality merchandise, much of which is locally sourced from craftsmen. They sell therapeutic wares, such as cbd oil, to calm anxious pets. Wonderful staff and owners - they are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very cute and clean and well stocked. You have my business for life! Surprisingly cheaper than people state as far as grooming goes. Where do i begin.. first off this place is beautiful.. the staff is beautiful ! To all my bully people ,this store is friendly and understanding and we are welcomed, the self service bath station is unbelievable and priced well!
