What do you love most about your job?
Sometimes life can be overwhelming and you may feel that you have no one else to turn to. I often hear my clients say that they felt utterly alone, even when surrounded by many others. I have a passion for working with clients who find themselves struggling with anxiety, stress, toxic/broken relationships, grief, and depression. I absolutely love what I do and consider it a privilege for people to share with me on a daily basis. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a Masters of Science in both Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My purpose in counseling is to utilize my own personal experience and education to help you reach your unique goals. I focus on interventions that help clients improve their insight, gain confidence, break free from anxiety, and improve their relationships.
I believe in using an integrative approach where interventions are based both in biblical principles and the latest research. There are times in life when we all need a safe place to share, to be heard, and possibly start again. Please don't hesitate to call. You are not alone.
