I know the owner personally, you could not ask for a more caring loving person. She takes great pride in making sure it's clean, customer satisfaction is extremely important to her. And she's a mom of a few small children, so my hat off to her. I usually don't like any businesses, but this an exceptional business. So delicious. Amazing ice and custard. Madison and Avery were a great help, getting my group what they wanted as quickly as possible. Such hard working staff, and they were so polite. Will visit again!

Love this Ritas! Definitely one of the best Rita's I've been to! Everything was very clean, employees very friendly, fast service, and we loved how technology is integrated into the shop with the large LCD screens. We do have Rita's near our home in MD, but none are like this. Also loved the live music playing across the street at the convention center - it was awesome to sit, eat our ice, and listen to the music. Highly recommend! More...
