Since 2003, either through in-person or video therapy, I have enjoyed walking alongside my clients and creating a safe place to expand what is comfortable without pushing them to a place of panic or self-sabotage. As a licensed marriage and family therapist I provide couples, families, individuals and those who have experienced previous treatment failure a different approach to identify, address, and resolve their presenting problems.
