I co-sign what everyone below has said. Correct form is so important to me and Carlie is one that really pays attention to that and corrects asap. She explains the good and the bad with proper and improper form instead of just saying do or don't do this. Her workouts are challenging yet doable and she has other options if you need an adjustment apart from the rest of the class so not to feel left out. I have never felt intimidated by her class (workouts or other participants) which is another aspect I love because it keeps me going.
