I have life experience, 4 life coaching certificates, I have been festured in and received a plaque in Marquis Who's Who of America, and was featured and received a recognition as Woman of Empowerment 2021. I am also an executive contributor to Brainz Magazine.

This road we call life is not an easy one, my passion for helping people is my motivation. I have overcome a drug addiction, childhood trauma, depression and anxiety, all while raising 3 children as a single mom. I'm still learning and growing everyday.

I am not a religious person, I'm a spiritual person and believe we all have the power within us to overcome any obstacle. You will do all the work, I am here as a supporter, guide, and someone who will listen.
