I didn’t know much about what it meant about having a life coach and then stepped in Brad! I was having some concerns about my confidence and some missing pieces to my inner self. I learned that I was not giving myself time for me. I learned that the reminder of what I value can give me the confidence to make good choices and hold myself accountable. I "retired" last year and have been living with ambiguity about my purpose in life following a meaningful vocation as a seminary director and professor. I felt listless. Pastor Brad's coaching allowed me to reflect on my gifts and vocational assets and helped me to see that I can still contribute in meaningful ways. His questions allowed me to reflect on how I want to structure my days with flexible goals that I can aim for but with less stress and vocational deadlines.
