I was blessed to experience Mary's body centered trauma course & WOW! It came along with Divine timing , it was exactly what I needed & didn't even know how badly I needed it until we wrapped up. Like most trauma centered work I've done, I don't see, hear or feel the impact it is having until a new threshold has been reached.. this work was as I said divinely timed. I am in the process of building a business (scary), which has activated all the untrue stories I have assumed from others, as well as the ones I have told myself over the years. "Not good enough, smart or capable enough...etc etc" And also, during the process of this work, I found out some intense generational trauma, which I was able to address during this work. One of the most profound outcomes was my developing a deeper relationship with my inner advisor. It has birth a sense of greater connection to my highest self... Which is, for me.. the ultimate goal for me to BE my best self while on this earthly journey. I am forever grateful for this time with Mary. And, I feel blessed to be a witness to her evolving practice & to see the lives that will forever be changed by this amazing work she is doing with & for others. We all have our own medicine within us to heal. We just need a supportive environment with supportive people to help us access it! Thank you Mary for helping me access a new layer of my own medicine! What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with people on a deep level to resolve long standing concerns that are getting in the way of joy. It amazes me every day that we all have inside of us the power to heal hurts we have been accepting for so long.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been empowered to share a gift I have! This is a gift that you won't find on a job description. The only way to share it with you is to create my own business to offer the tailored service that will provide results.

Our initial contact will likely be via phone call or email. From there we will schedule a time for a discovery call to make sure we are a good fit. Future appointments will be scheduled using Zoom. We will be able to communicate on going using phone calls, text messages or email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safety is a concern for everyone. Using an online platform keeps us connected while keeping us a safe distance apart. This has us each in the comfort and safety of our own homes.
