I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. I specialize in the older generation and/or those with medical conditions. I have prepared many for successful knee replacements. In addition, I am also an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. I am able to teach aqua, strength, and cycle. I have had loyal clients for well over 9 years now. Each client comes to me with specific and unique goals. It is my true passion to make sure these goals are achieved. Once it is we move on to another selected goal.
