I really enjoyed the coaches here. The format is like the 9round workout chain but this location has many extras like weights, cardio machines, boxing ring and training, etc. I did the Groupon deal for a month and fits my schedule. Just need to figure out how to pay for my 2 kids to go to preschool and have enough time to make this place worth the cost though. The only negatives would be old building and not being open on weekends. More...
