Management/ownership is completely broken or non-existent. It took an hour to get a table. But that's fine. Completely expected at 12:30 on a Sunday. But a little odd, given that less than 75% of the tables are full. Clearly some staffing issues. We ordered, and waited. and waited. and waited. Our waitress at one point even checked and confirmed, it had been 50 minutes since she put in our order. By this point, it's 2:30, and over 50% of the tables are empty. You can't blame this on lunch rush anymore. At no point during our 2.5 hours there did I ever once see a manager. Our waitress was apologetic, but it's absolutely insane for any restaurant to be running 1 hour ticket times without a single manager even making an attempt at damage control. This place was recommended to us so we drove over an hour to try. We were seated around 5:15pm by a waitress (Marie) and told our server will bring our menus shortly. Meghan our server arrived 10 minutes later with menus, we ordered a Corona for myself. My wife ordered a cocktail and we ordered an unsweetened tea for our grandson with some pink packets 10 min later the unsweetened tea arrives with no sugar packets, she leaves 10 min later she comes back with the wife's cocktail still no pink packets and no Corona. We order an appetizer she informs me now they don't sell Corona I settle for unsweetened tea with lemon. She leaves comes back 5 minutes with chips salsa, pink packets, my tea with no lemon. She leaves 15 minutes she returns to take our order but forgot her order tablet, she leaves to go get 15 minutes later my wife goes to find we finally place our order. Chicken quesadilla for grandson , sliders for wife, burger with fries for me with egg fried hard add mustard. Food arrives quite a bit later Chicken quesadilla was missing the chicken, the wife's slider has raw uncooked bacon, bun burnt completely black on bottom, hard as a rock, my hamburger arrives dripping with yolk, no mustard and no onion rings. Meghan returns to tell us your bill has been comped and you are welcome to leave whenever you want. Over all ok 3rd time there great experience the 1st the 2nd I called before heading there stoped at the indoor bar and was told to go the outside bar that was the only open. Get to the bar and was told they were closed you would figure they employees would know closing time.
