Right at Home

When I came in for my interview I was very nervous and afraid but immediately when I met with Sergio the HR representative he made me feel very calm and at ease. At the end of the interview he said welcome to Right at home! Right at home is very caring and considerate of their Caregivers. When Raquel(Client Care Coordinator) calls me to give me an assignment she reviews the clients needs and ask me if im I able to care for the patient. If I am not able to care for the patient properly she respects that. They offer training at any moment as well. Overall all the the office employees are very considerate, kind, warm and very supportive. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and caregivers we have experienced with Right at Home.  Their attention to detail and true compassion for my mom have completely exceeded my expectations.  Our case manager, Raquel, has been amazing in helping us to formulate the best plan for my mom.  My mom is receiving the best care possible thanks to Raquel's thoughtful care plan.I have told everyone that I couldn't have handled all of the issues that have arisen for my mom without the help of Right at Home.  I encourage anyone who is looking for in-home care for their parents to reach out to them.
