I cannot say enough nice things about Jay! My wedding was canceled 3 separate times due to covid, and he was very accommodating! He took care of everything, he made my day stress free and whenever I thought I would have a problem arise, he immediately would say "don't worry I'm going to take care of it." Unfortunately my best friend and maid of honor tested positive for covid a day before the wedding and was unable to be there. He made an announcement right before our favorite song played, handed me his phone and let me video chat with my best friend and we danced to our song! His idea for that is just one example of how he continued to make the day special. As with all weddings, unexpected things happened and Jay was there to make everything run as smooth as possible. It is such a burden to have lifted off your shoulders when someone takes control of the event, helps the night move along, and makes your day so great! Everything about my sisters big day was absolute perfection. RIG created the day of timeline and stuck to it! That is soooo important!
