I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. It's in my blood. I have created and opened multiple businesses in my life. But when it comes to helping people through coaching, nothing beats it. When I realized there was a way to do what inspires me while inspiring others, and it could be a business - I began immediately, and it is evolving into the most fulfilling way to make a living I could have imagined. I want to help you do it too.

What qualifies me are not my credentials (NLP, Inner Excellence, Disney Institute Etc. ) First and foremost, my own struggles, failures, trauma, and the inner work I have done and continue to gain a better understanding of who I am. We all have personal defects and inner work to do. I have been through a ton of challenges and that makes it possible for me to guide people to discover themselves as well. I can readily identify with the challenges in life, high-level performance, and relationships that many of my clients are facing. I have been blessed to learn mental skills and performance training from some of the best coaches in the world. More than that, 20+ years of coaching teach you a lot. You learn the skill of guiding and allowing people to find their own answers at just the right moment - which becomes the most powerful and meaningful transformation.

A unique life
I have played Pro baseball, navigated the corporate training and sales world, and successfully created and owned multiple businesses. 12 years ago, my wife and I sold everything, gave up our home and business, and became officers with the Salvation Army. We ran boards of over 20 people, worked with governors, Mayors, and ministered to the homeless and addicted on a daily basis. We were blessed to go everywhere from skid row on the streets of LA, live on-site in an addiction facility for almost two years, run shelters, work with youth, and counsel many couples. These experiences, my training in NLP trauma relief therapy, and other certifications, along with the gift of counseling God has given me, create an opportunity for people ready to be the hero of their own stories to see real and lasting transformation. You are the hero, I am just blessed to be a guide (every hero needs a guide) to see you break through, overcome obstacles, and live out your calling to impact the world.

I primarily work over the phone and via zoom. It’s very effective. I might even say it is more effective than in person in some ways.

Covid is not an issue with remote coaching; we always take reasonable precautions in person.
