The arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered.... Not even close. They did reach out the next day and sent out a new arrangement that looked almost exact to what I ordered.

I was in a jam and quickly needed to send flowers to the west coast - I called Rickey Heroman's for help, and they made it so easy! "No problem - we'll make sure it gets there this afternoon." It was an incredible relief for me to not have to worry about it! If you're like me, you don't have time to waste trying to figure things out like sending flowers to someone. I've depended on Rickey's for many years and won't order from anyone else. Their candles, unique home decor and seasonal decorations make great gifts and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm writing this review because I recently recommended them to a friend for a funeral arrangement. A few days after the family was back home they reached out to let my friend know how very personal it felt to them because of the quality of the flowers and the beauty of the arrangement which, they said, obviously had taken quite a bit of time to prepare. Despite reading a couple negative reviews about this florist, I gave it a last minute try. I placed my order for premium lily's for my Mom and Dad's anniversary. Rickey Heroman's sent me an email confirmation, then another confirmation that the order was received and prepped, then a final confirmation about 2 hours later that the flowers were already delivered.
