Health Coaching
As I am working on becoming a health coach and nutritionalist, I take my personal health very seriously. I love to eat healthy, organic and non-processed. I love to workout and do long distance running, doing half marathons every week or so. I love to meditate, go on hikes, and connect spiritually. I want to help those that wish to better their health mentally, spiritually and physically.
