Josh and his team were nothing short of professional every step of the way. They worked efficiently to design and install a whole house audio system and home theater system that we love and know will enjoy for many years to come.
We were amazed at how clean the physical installation was. Everything was installed with keeping the owners' every day use in mind.
Following the installation, Josh was very quick to answer any questions that we had.
We couldn't be happier and thank Josh and his team for all of their hard work.

Josh & Team did a perfect job for us! They were efficient and handled the array of different tasks flawlessly.
Most importantly, Josh was incredibly responsive.
He fielded my calls and e-mails at all hours of the day and promptly responded.
Also, the initial quote that Josh provided was very accurate.

I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends.
