Not sure how many people work there, this was my second time using Rhino.  I got Juana who was great to work with.  She and one other woman did a move-out clean for me.  Very good job and a great price. 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen including microwave, fridge and oven, tile floors, swept patio, and dusted blinds.  All for $285.  Juana was very nice even though there was a slight mix up with the scheduling, which was probably mostly my fault.  Would use her again. I have a commercial store front Spa/Waxing Salon in Santa Barbara. I have had my Buisness for over 2 decades. My expectations are high. My Salon-gets covered in Wax. Its the ultimate test of a good and thorough cleaning. Lyndsey the owner is very on top off her Buisness she took her time with me to ask what exactly my needs were.Arelis has done a amazing cleaning job! Rhino has been cleaning my place for 6 months and they put up with a lot. Girls leaving the restroom a mess or they have to figure out if the cloths left behind are my roommates or not. The whole place feels disinfected once their done. Love those lady's from rhino cleaning. More...

I wish I could give 0 Stars, Rhino Cleaning Company is a scam. I contacted Rhino Cleaning Company to get my apartment cleaned after moving in and was quoted an amount for deep cleaning the oven, fridge and bathroom. An appointment was set and my roommate let them in while I was at work. They did not clean any of the areas which I had requested and kept trying to clean things that I had already cleaned (like the floors) my roommate had to constantly keep an eye on them and still didn't clean the specified areas. Afterwords I cannot get ahold of the company via phone or email for a refund as I'll have to have another company out to clean the requested areas. I am extraordinarily disappointed in the job that was done for my move-out cleaning last month. It looked like they had barely even cleaned anything. It appeared that they did not sweep, mop, or even wipe down the counters (there were still simple water rings from glass condensation on the counters). There were vacuum tracks on the carpet ,but things that were easily cleaned up like thread and lint were still present in the middle of the floor.The only thing that I can compliment them on was the cleaning of the fridge, microwave, and oven. These were cleaned well.I was forced to "re"-clean everything (except the appliances) because of the poor job that was done. My experience was similar to Ashley T's, except I never even got anyone at Rhino to return my calls, so I can't say if they actually do a good job of cleaning.  I had a pre-paid certificate purchased through SB Axxess and called Rhino 4 times to arrange an appointment.  Only one of those times did I speak to a person - the other times I had to leave voicemails - and the woman gave me some b.s. line about not having the schedule in front of her.  She promised to call me back the following day, and big surprise, no call.  That was a week ago.  Unfortunately they already got the money from Axxess, so there is no incentive to provide the service for which I paid.  There are many glowing reviews here for Rhino, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were fakes, written by themselves or friends.  If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.  AVOID THIS SCAM OUTFIT!! After finding Rhino Cleaning Company in the Santa Barbara Axxess directory and calling to schedule an appointment, Lindsay promptly came to our home and provided us with a quote for a deep cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, and ongoing bi-monthly cleaning. She walked through each room of our home, a thorough cleaning checklist, and noted additional requests I had. The quote that she provided was reasonable, and based upon her initial professionalism, we decided to hire RCC. I made an appointment to have the deep cleaning, window washing, and carpet cleaning done at 9 am on the next Monday. The cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes late, but worked diligently and efficiently. When they were finished, I inquired about when the carpet and window cleaners would arrive. Since neither of the ladies spoke English, I called the RCC office and spoke with Brenda. She informed me that the window cleaner was in Los Angeles, so we'd need to reschedule. She said the carpet cleaner was running late, but would arrive in half an hour. An hour and half later, he still wasn't there. I called the office again, and Brenda told me that he was on his way. He didn't arrive until 2:30, over two and a half hours after I had called RCC the first time. We were satisfied with the the quality of the carpet cleaning. When I had spoken to Brenda the last time, I asked to reschedule the window cleaning for Wednesday. She never  got back to me with a time. I received a call from her a little after 9am on Wednesday, letting me know that the window cleaner was outside waiting for me. I was at work, and reminded her that she was supposed to let me know what time he was available. We reschedule again for Friday afternoon. The window cleaner was on time, but informed me that he hadn't seen our type of window before. In his attempts to remove the window, he broke one of the release latches and it became lodged in the track. He was apologetic, and repeated that he hadn't seen our type of window before, and told me that he wasn't handy. When I inquired about insurance for repairing the window, he became nervous and did not want to proceed. He and I both placed calls to RCC, and was told by Brenda that Lindsay would call us back. I removed the other windows myself without complication, and he cleaned the first floor windows. After over an hour, Lindsay still had not called. I tried the office again myself, and he called Lindsay directly. She answered, and listened to his explanation of what had happened. He told her right away that he had not finished only half of the job (which we had prepaid for), and that I was awaiting her call. She informed him that she was finishing something up, and would call me later. It has been a week and a half now, and we have yet to hear from her. We have left 3 voicemails, sent an e-mail, and spoken to Brenda on 3 occasions asking to be refunded for the 1/2 of the job that was not completed. Since a worker that they contracted broke the window, we are also expecting that issue to be addressed. We are appalled by the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Rhino Cleaning Company, and would advise anyone against hiring them for cleaning services after this experience. More...

Amazing!!! Two thumbs incredibly way high up, this service continues to exceed my expectations on a monthly basis. Every time I come home to a clean house after RCC has visited me, I am a very happy girl. They are so trustworthy, reliable, and just all around awesome. Some months I'd even go so far as to call them miracle workers! I've had my 1200 sf condo cleaned by RCC 3 times. I am VERY impressed by the punctual, professional & efficient service as well as the very reasonable hourly rate.
