How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
To begin, client and I will see where the client is currently at and what their goals are. We both then devise a plan to help client achieve their goal. If they are new to training, recommend begining with body weight exercises so they get used to the movements before adding extra weight or tension.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There are 3 steps to do this:
1. Make goals realistic. Hard enough to work for them, yet reachable.
2. Consitancy. Have to do it on a regular basis.
3. Open communication. Coach can help only when he/she knows what is going on and can plan adjustments accordingly.
What do you love most about your job?
I like to see people breighten up when they see what they can accomplish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a lot of trainers focus on women, brides-to-be, new moms. I didn't see much for men (not all want to train to be Mr. Olympia), or for people suffering with obesity. These are two groups that are under served in the market.
Why should our clients choose you?
I had a football coach in high school that was an in your face-type coach. That wasn't motivating for me. I still loved football though. Because of this experience, I believe in trusting you, the client, to make the right choices. I don't believe anyone wants to pay someone to scream at them, so I won't do that.
I will encourage, and I will push you to push yourself. At the end of the day, you will know if you gave it your all or not.

I do provide my services via an app so that you can do your workout any time, any where without the hastle of coordinating a time to meet up. In the app, you get your workout schedule with instructions and videos showing how to do the exercises.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we just do the training online, you will determine how close you are to others and if you share equipment.
