Reza Athari and his Associates is very expensive but it gives you results. I had a very very complicated case I went to De Castro Verde and they wouldn't take my case as a matter of fact they didn't even know how to deal with it. I went to several lawyers in Las Vegas and none of them will take my case. Hermandad Mexicana is really good and very affordable but they told me we won't take your case because your green card will be denied but I didn't stop I went to the most expensive and famous immigration lawyer I knew it was going to be expensive but I also heard so many crazy stories and solved cases from friends. This guy is a great business man, we talked 5 minutes and 10 minutes later I was signing a contract by the way he let me do payments so it was expensive but affordable. Today the case was approved so I decided to write down this review because I see so many bad ones. Guy is good it is going to cost you money but it will also give you great results. After visiting a few lawyers that wanted a whole lot of money asking for a hefty downpayment up front and almost no garantees, I, by accident found Mr Reza Athari. It was the best decision I ever made. My work permit arrived on the mail just a few weeks after signing him as my lawyer, yes my green card took a little while longer than expected  due to unforseen circumstances but I am now a permanent resident of the United States. Mr Reza worked for me a payment plan that I could afford on an almost nonexistent income, He understood my situation and didn't hesitate for a second in offering me his help and services. REZA ATHARI & ASSOCIATES, PLLC. Represented me for a dispute I had with Allied collection agency. The firm was very easy to make an appointment with, and they did meet with me on time. I explained my dispute. The attorney that handled my case explained the dispute process, the law, and my rights legally regarding a dispute that is a consumer issueA letter was sent to the collection agency by the law firm. A few weeks later I checked my credit report and the item was removed from my credit report from all three credit reporting agencies. The firm advised me that the dispute that I had was removed. I see some people complain that Reza said he couldn't do anything about their cases.. So do you expect him to be lying to you? If he sees that the case won't work, he will tell you honestly, so you don't have to waste your time and money.  I had a great experience with them, for about ten years. My case was pretty complicated and long, but it worked out. Reza and his staffs are very helpful. They do their jobs. Reza is not confusing. I was able to understand what was going on and what forms I need since they explained (or you can Google it by yourself, nowadays) I do not think he is rude, maybe he is straightforward. Trust me, I spent about 8 years, because my case was very complicated... The review under mine says that nobody is speaking Spanish in the office (LOL), and this is incorrect. They have Spanish employees and even a lawyer can speak Spanish. Immigration process takes a lot of time, and money, too. And it's all really depends on your case.. I have been to Mr Athari for my case and was positively resolved was treated with respect from him and his staff from the beginning. People get what they pay for, so for those negative reviews, I went to the cheap attorney and before coming here and got nothing but waist of time and money, with Mr Athari he gave an estimated time and he was right on target. I recommend him and his firm, wont go anywhere else. Never heard of a place that gives you a free consultation without having to wait, really? Bad reviews about having to wait for free consultation.
