Love these guys! They are committed to getting my butt into shape and on the right food plan. They make the time spent there fun while your sweating your face off. For over a year, I've been searching for a laid back environment to workout in that doesn't consist of folks taking selfies in the mirror. Everyone there is kind and focused on getting into shape. I signed up for the small group training and I feel I get the attention I require. They are really knowledgeable in physical therapy as well and work around old injuries. I definitely recommend them! I've been coming to the kettleball/barbell classes for over 4 months now after neverrrrrrr doing any sort of strength training in my life, and have gained so much knowledge/muscle/and just general love and appreciation for working out. This gym definitely seems super intimidating for people new to this sort of training, but the trainers and classes are so welcoming and accommodating for beginners. Matt, the kettleball/barbell class leader, is an endless vat of knowledge on nutrition and random benefits of small movements/adjustments in your workouts--I've adopted so much of what he's said in casual conversation into my lifestyle/eating habits and feel so much better for it. I took the 4-week Beautiful Strength class at Revolution Training and highly recommend it! The instructor was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was brand new to strength training and learned so much in just four weeks, and felt noticeably stronger at the end of the class. I love spending time at this gym, everyone is laid back and fun. I can not say enough good things about my recent experience during the recent 6 week challenge. My results over the past 6 weeks have been nothing short of amazing i have lost 29 pounds, and 6 percent body fat. Prior to starting the program in August my cholestrol was over 200 and as a result of this program it has dropped to 130. My blood pressure was in the 160/100 range and now as a result of the program my blood pressure is in the 99/53 range with a resting heartrate in the 50's. I absolutely love this gym and could not explain in words the gratitude I have for this place and the staff. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, very encouraging and very professional. I would have to say one of my favorite things about Mike and Matt is that they push you to go beyond your comfort zone with a positive and encouraging approach, and even better they keep YOU accountable for your success. They give you all the tools you need to accomplish your goals, and remind you that if you trust the process and be accountable for what you do outside of the gym and at home in the kitchen you will absolutely get your results. The trainers are so professional, and very informative. The training classes are amazing. They're challenging, motivating, and you learn so much from each class. They're consistently helping you  improve your form etc on specific workouts so you learn, and incorporating new things to maximize your workouts, and progress with your fitness.  I joined Revolution training to do the 6 week challenge and completed my challenge 2 weeks ago. From the beginning of the 6 week challenge to now, I've lost 7% body fat and 20lbs total! The results I have had personally have exceeded my expectations. I also would like to point out that Revolution Training is home to people in all different walks of fitness. In our group there were  people who were already in shape and wanted to get in even better shape, people who had a background in fitness/sports, but were out of shape and had some weight to lose, and others who've never worked out before and were ready to make a change. It was so amazing seeing everyone making progress and all of us feeling and seeing the change in our bodies. Well I really have to thank Mike and Matt for urging me to enter their 6 week challenge, even though it would put a financial strain on my life. They laid out every thing I needed from meal prep menus/recipes, to making their classes available at multiple times during the week. It took some serious belt-tightening on my budget, (and later literally on my waist!) , but with my meals being prepared a week in advance, it helped me save on my daily meal costs, which were out of control. My goal was to lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks and it would be totally free, after putting $500 up front to give us added motivation. I had ankle fusion surgery a few months ago, so I knew it would be difficult as I was limited in some the exercises i could do. The trainers always worked with me to do alternative exercises to keep me going. So with all their help I am proud to say they helped me lose 27.8 lbs total!! I highly recommend this gym for anyone from a novice to someone into bodybuilding. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and supportive! My experience at Revolution Training has been great. I recently completed a "6 Week Challenge" and can proudly say I exceeded my goal! I lost 6.5% body fat, gained a couple pounds in muscles and lost about 8 pounds. We were given a meal plan that was very specific in what we could and could not eat. I was very nervous at first, but even after the first week, I could feel the difference! The hardest part for me was actually prepping out my meals. I feel like I got it down with practice though. Everyone at Revolution Training is amazing! I never once felt intimated and really did feel like they were on my side! They coached me and made sure I was doing all the exercises properly. I've been working out at Revolution Training since 2015 and I've learned so much about powerlifting and the right ways to approach training. The staff are really helpful and the facility is perfect if you are someone who really wants to take lifting seriously. The equipment is exactly what you need and there is enough of it to accommodate a number of lifters at once [a good number of squat cages, 2 deadlift platforms, a wide variety and large number of barbells, mobility equipment, dumbbells, a lot of benches including competition benches, strongman equipment, and plenty of equipment to assist with accessory work]. The gym has powerlifting classes for women (both beginning and advanced) and is probably the premier kettle bell facility in the valley in terms of teaching technique/form and offering kettle bell classes. Â The trainers really understand how to program clients whether its for general fitness, body building, or powerlifting. Â The trainers are all competitors themselves and can program all aspects of your training needs [nutrition, cardio, resistance training]. The members are friendly, helpful, and willing to give a spot or critique your form when you need it! Mike, Matt & Crew do an incredible job teaching the fundamentals of weight lifting and then pushing clients to safely improve. I started with the Beginners Beautiful Strength Program and by the end of it I'd gained both strength and confidence. I had always shied away from lifting because I was afraid of getting hurt, but after taking the beginners class and moving onto the regular Beautiful Strength program, I feel like I know the mechanics well enough to lift safely and effectively. I recommend Revolution Training to anyone, but particularly to women who are either just getting into weight lifting or who want to push themselves to the next level. More...

Finally a gym that I always want to come back to! I have a history of gym yo-yoing... I've been to big box gyms, small private gyms, specialized classes, big classes, you name it I've probably tried it. But I always lost motivation a few weeks or months in. It was boring or just became a chore. The secret to Rev is the people. The people at Rev keep me coming back every time because once you train at Revolution, you become part of their family. It doesn't matter what level you are at or if you plan on becoming a serious lifter or if you just want to have fun and get stronger or more comfortable in a gym environment - whoever you are, you will find a place at Rev. Revolution Training holds a close spot to my heart. Revolution is like my second home. It's a great atmosphere full of people that are knowledgeable. If you're planning on training at Revolution, you will have a tremendous of amount of support, not only from the owners and trainers, but everyone training there, too. They have packages/programs for everyone and really try to make programs focused on a person's individual goals. Mike and Matt are awesome and really provide the guidance that you need to be successful. Revolution is also focused on long-term goals. You are not going to come to this gym to get a "quick fix." Whether with your eating habits, training habits, or both, the focus is long-term. The gym is full of great equipment. Late last year, I quite suddenly found myself without a gym. Â I'd been training at a small private gym for nearly 2 years and our schedules no longer worked. Â Knowing Globo Gym wasn't for me and feeling the need to try something new, I reached out to some friends. Â Thankfully, someone suggested Revolution. Â I was so intimidated walking into a gym of power lifters as a 40+ year old woman who never lifted in her life. Â Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was amazingly helpful and welcoming. Â No question is dumb. Â Form and safety are key. Â It's not fancy. Â It's good honest people with great knowledge and they want to share it. A badass little gym in Tempe Arizona thats all about powerlifting and kettlebell training. There are like 15 guys there that squat over 400lbs and the women out squat the guys I see at Gold's gym and still look like women. In fact look even hotter.

This is a small gym with small classes where you'll find a genuinely nice community of people from the staff to the clients. As someone who is just trying to learn the basics I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Â Strength training is new and difficult for me. The trainer Matt, made sure his instructions scaled to my ability which I found incredibly helpful. Gyms around town have such different offerings/cultures so let me highlight some specifics:1. It's a studio styled - open gym, with lots of strength equipment: strength machines, kettlebells, weight racks, sled, tires etc.2. Cardio here primarily involves lifting heavy things rapidly. No treadmills, no zumba classes.3. It's clean, also they can open the bay door at the rear of the gym for fresh air which is a nice feature.4. Very welcoming to different abilities, ages etc. More...
