About my training:
I remained an athlete through college then moved into crossfit and powerlifting. Now its time to share my knowledge and help others build strength and confidence through personal coaching. I am still active as a powerlifter and CrossFit competitor.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I motivate and challenge everyone to push at least 1% harder each session. I encourage rest and self reflection to reconnect with yourself throughout your journey. I provide accountability for nutrition and exercising. We all need that reminder.

Yes i can, i use an app to service my clients in person and online. In the app is where clienrs can see the entire workout with instructional videos and additioning instructions written by me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Maintain reasonable distance, clean hands, avoiding direct skin touching. Overall, just trust that both oarties will be honest about their health status.
Strength Training
This is offered for individuals looking to build muscle mass or for looking to be strong without being too bulky. I know how to train for both aesthetics and strength.
General Personal Training
This is a 360 training service for inexperienced individuals, not tailored to just strength training, but building endurance through circuit and interval training. I assess and build your mobility for functional movements.
Crossfit Programming
This is offered to individuals or small groups that want a traveling trainer to deliver crossfit workouts and conditioning exercises.
