They were punctual, professional, and did a thorough job. We used them for a move out clean so the house was completely empty and that’s when you see the stains but they did a great job on getting most all of them up with the exception of a couple that were imbedded in the carpet for the last 10 plus years the carpet is 20 years old! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs them in fact I initially used them as a move in clean again the new house was completely empty and we just wanted to get the carpets cleaned so we called them. Kayla and her team were great and did a fantastic job. My only concern was that my plastic bottle of shaving cream was busted sometime during the cleaning process and it was set up on a shelf. The product escaped through the broken area and puddled on the shelf and down to the bottom of the shower so I had to reclean those areas. I hired this company to do a move out/deep clean for a 3 bedroom home and it was completed last week. It was my impression from the reviews that I would be happy with the job. After all, I was quoted a little higher than some other companies and I ended up spending over $350. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the provided services. Although the house cleaners were very sweet, they were late. According to the cleaning confirmation email, this cleaning would take 3 hours in total. The cleaning was scheduled for 9am, so I expected it to be complete by around noon. Unfortunately, they arrived about 15 minutes late. They informed me that the carpet cleaners would arrive either right as they were finishing up or right after. The house cleaners left around noon. The carpet cleaners arrived at 1:50. I received an earlier text that they would be a little late due to another job, but I wasn’t anticipating them being two hours late. I was frustrated but very understanding. One of the carpet cleaners asked to use the restroom, of course I didn’t have a problem with that, but the house cleaners literally just cleaned it...a little unprofessional. When the house cleaners arrived, I had placed lots of unwanted furniture on the curb as my trash service was due to come around. When things are placed on the curb, it’s expected that people will take it. The house cleaners even found some things they wanted, which was great for me to be able to get rid of some unwanted items. However, I was not expecting for other items I didn’t want to throw out to be taken from my home. Yes, I’m selling the house, but I had left small pieces in the home specifically for the new owners: i.e., toilet paper rack, shower stand, etc. It was frustrating for me to find that those items had been removed without my permission or knowledge. In addition, there were some spots that the house cleaners did excellent on, like the bathrooms and kitchen, but the floors were horrendous. I had to go behind them and scrub my floors. When I scheduled the cleaning, I advised I had hardwood, tile and carpet, thinking that a deep clean would mean that it’d be thorough. However, the hardwood was simply Swiffered and the grout in the tile looked just as bad as before. I was very disappointed. The carpets were cleaned, but definitely not to my standards. There was one spot in particular that I was concerned about that I ended up cleaning and got it out easily. This felt like a very rushed job all around. I felt pressured to provide a tip, so I did reluctantly. Overall, I will not use this company again, and strongly suggest you look elsewhere. More...

Terry was awesome Was on time and did such a thorough job. My stairs where almost brown and I was sure that was the color (when we moved it) But go figure they were beige. . Carpets look great, and didn’t have a wet smell afterwards. (I’ve used other companies before, 125$ and it took them 20mins) Terry actually presoaked with a stain remover and then took his time.
