Still the same with new items on the menu. Service was outstanding and the food is first class. With a group and we all wanted to try things so there was a lot of plate swapping going on. Chocolate chip with candied bacon pancakes  were awesome. Crab cakes and crab cake Benedict were great. Eggs Benedict with pork belly were delightful. I can go on but a I couldn't eat any more. Can't wait until I go back to Denver so I can try more. More...

Amazing experience here this past weekend! This local gem really goes above and beyond for excellent service. Jennifer took care of my group's party of 9 and she was such a pleasure. Although I ate light and got the sampler it was so good! I don't know what they put on their fried cauliflower but it was without a doubt some of the best fried cauliflower I've had (with their homemade hot sauce on top...OMG). More...

This is one of those places that you need to splurge and get appetizers because it's just too good to pass up -- we got the crab cakes & the cinnamon roll & we will both get them again next time. We shared the chorizo skillet & the lobster stuffed Baker for our entree...delicious. And shout out to the co-owner/ our waitress, Vanessa! Great food and service! More...

You can't have this many different balls on a menu and not expect me to order them all. ‍ That's just a fact. It was a rainy day when we made our way to the back of Revelry Kitchen, but the atmosphere was cozy inside. We were promptly greeted and given water before digesting the menu. You too will find yourself debating over which dishes to order, so many of them sound out of this world amazing. We ordered the lobster hush puppies and the churro donuts to start, because yeah -- you read that right. LOBSTER hush puppies and CHURRO donuts. Now, I've had churro donuts before and they were "meh" at best, so I was extra excited for this dish. My friend ordered a pancake & hash browns a la carte and I ordered their chicken sammy with a fried egg. Our hush puppies & donuts came out together, both perfectly warm. The puppies were sitting in a delicious sauce & had a generous portion of honey butter to accompany them. Aaaaaaaallllllll delicious. Battered perfectly, the sauce was amaze and the honey butter may have made its way into several dishes. :) Including the churro donuts which were covered in the most perfect chocolate ganache. We honestly could've been done after the balls, they were delicious, but more food was to come!My chicken sandwich was massive and also super yummy. The chicken was cooked perfectly and meshed so well with the other items. Hash browns were a little dry/burnt, but hey it's potatoes. I am going to drown them in ketchup anyway. My friend's pancake was beautiful and looked super yummy, she ended up grabbing some blackberry French toast for home too!! All in all, FANTASTIC menu and a sweet little spot. More...

The first time was almost 3 years ago and I found the menu to be boring.  I don't know if they changed or I did - but loved this place today.  The chicken and waffles were quite tasty with the one bite that I had.   The Northside Ranchero (add chorizo and avocado!!!) was absolutely delicious. Try the blue grey mimosa.  Yum!!!!!  I'll definitely be back when it's nicer to sit on the patio. It gets quite loud inside. More...

This place never disappoints.  It can get busy on the weekends, but it's worth the wait.  They make gluten free easy, and if you love gluten-based products, they have those too.  The chorizo hash is awesome, homemade hot sauce is so good I could drink it, and the kids options were great.  Good ingredients make great food, and they know how to make an amazing breakfast at Revelry. I've eaten here several times in the last year - and a great experience each time! I'm celiac, and these folks are awesome at 1. NOT making me feel like it's a huge pain in their a$$ to modify or create something that is safe for me and 2. making DELICIOUS food that is safe for me! Added bonus - everyone is nice there. One time, a friend stood me up for breakfast, but they didn't make a big deal that I was taking up a table while waiting for her, even though they were busy. I had a chance to speak to one of the owners this morning - from the quick conversation the two sisters made sure to include tasty items for the side populations, like gluten free and non-drinkers. If you are celiac, don't be afraid of the pancakes - they have a special GF batter, and they'll cook it up in a separate pan if you're celiac. But go early so it's not a crazy pain when they're busy ;) More...

We've been going here for about a year now and have yet to order anything we don't love. Anything on their menu can be made GF, so don't skip the Cinnamon Roll or Churros-these are amazing, and not something you can find with a GF option at many other places. Highlights for my husband are the Northside Rancheros & the Biscuits & Gravy. I love the skillets & hashes or the Chicken Salad Sandwich when they have it on the menu (hint: it's not made with mayo and they have a GF bread option). Anything with the Ham Steak is great too. They have tea for those that can't do coffee & Mocktails for those that don't drink alcohol-or maybe just someone who overdid it the night before. These are really thoughtful additions that I wish more places would have. They have a smallish eating area inside that can get full & kinda loud, but the food's definitely worth it and they have seating outside when the weather's nice. We live a few blocks away but this was the first time trying brunch here.  My biscuits and gravy were off the shelf different (delicious) and my wife had chicken and waffles (so so, DBC was better).  Our drinks were spicy and tasty, but I'm not sold on the amount of liquor used (no buzz on 1 drink).  There's something about the makeshift nature of the aesthetics that gives me uncertainty on how long it will be around....but I'd go back. A great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in Berkeley. Revelry is a small space with some tables and bar seating. We went during the height of brunch. One of my friends had called in so we got lucky and got a table. It was near the door so the cold air (it was a frigid 20 degrees outside) was a bit brisk. The waiter was super friendly and attentive during the entire meal. He filled our coffees and waters and made sure everything was A-OK. While many things looked great I tried the breakfast club and it was huge. The sandwich comes on three pieces of sourdough filled with pork belly, ham steak, two over hard eggs (I had them over medium), greens, tomatoes, fresno aioli and cheddar cheese. I added avocado which made something great even better. The home fries it came with put me into nap mode which is a sign of a successful brunch. The only thing I wouldn't recommend was the michelada. It is a beer (typically tecate, dos equis or Mexican) with tomato or clamato juice and spices. Their version was just ok. Some parking for restaurant in lot adjacent or parking on side streets. Met some friends for brunch here. It was packed as it was a Sunday morning. We were excited to try the place because of its stellar reviews on here. We weren't disappointed. What a cool little spot. It's in what looks to be an old house. It's got bar seating for those who don't want to wait for a table and free coffee while you wait. The menu made the choices difficult. Everything looked and sounded to good. Everything we ordered was well received and the service was very good. It seemed a bit disorganized in front of house with the host running back and forth to see how much food was left on customers plates to give an estimate. So much brunch to eat Denver. The food was great. Company had the Fried chicken with waffles. I had a stack of blueberry pancakes and a side of bacon. It was very good. My pancakes were moist and my bacon was the ones I like. Thick and can stand on its own if I gave it a command :) I hate thin, skinny bacon. These ones are good. The pancakes are more than average size and moist. I was hungry but couldn't finish both. The blueberry was generous in portion. Service was fast, attentive and warm. The inside was bright and sparsely decorated. Very refreshing. I like it a lot. It's a small place but tables are well spaced out. Very inviting! So I was surprised when the place was very smoky and was getting worse. The busier they become the more the inside filled with it. They need better exhaust. It was all over our clothes and hair and jackets etc. Simple issue to fix? Perhaps? More...
