I will help you get to the root issues & give guidance & wisdom to help you shift perspectives, learn healthy coping skills, develop healthy new habits & state of mind so that you can heal yourself, find your strength & be balanced in your mental, emotional, physical & spiritual bodies.

I am currently based in Cold Spring Harbor, NY, but I will be moving to Brooklyn in the spring & I also currently do home visits. So if you can’t come out to LI, I can come to you. :)
