Kindal is a stellar massage therapist, KCR practitioner, and yoga teacher. I've been going to her for years, and she is the only person that I let near my funky hips! Thanks to a few car accidents as a preteen, I tend to have sacroiliac issues, and sometimes it's so bad that walking is unbearable. As a 27 year old that likes to hike, bike, and lift weights, I can't really be taken down for weeks at a time. Over the past few years, she's adjusted me on countless occasions, taught me invaluable Yoga skills, and is always warm-hearted. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful she is, as a practitioner, or a friend. I deeply recommend seeing her if you are in ANY kind of pain. The hypnosis sessions are amazing and helpful. Its a great way to get to the root of any issues you may be experiencing. I have done the life between lives sessions a few times and have been blown away at the things I have discovered. I have also successfully quit smoking thanks to Kindal.
