I love the 24 hour access, I’m able to do all of my workouts when it’s not as busy. Only issue is some boy who comes in with his girlfriend while he works out the girl just sits there and watches her boyfriend workout. (She likes to sit on equipment) And on other days the boy brings in his friends and it’s just a whole negative vibe when him and his friends show up. He also likes to vape in the gym while working out. Only good thing about it is that it smells great but I’m sure it’s not allowed. More...

I have been to a few gyms in my time but I have never felt more comfortable than here. When I first walked in I was quickly signed up and then offered a tour. Very friendly and family run. Equipment is in great shape and always looks clean and ready to use when I walk through the door. Staff was very supportive of my weight loss goals and offered positive encouragement as well as safety measures for someone of my weight and health. I have read reviews of the place having an odd smell but I have never smelled anything offputting when I use their facilities and I have a very acute nose. Great option if you're looking for a good gym at a very reasonable price. More...

I have been a member and personal training with Angie for about 18 months. The gym is perfect for me - small enough that you don't get lost in the crowd, personal and friendly. I have enjoyed getting to know both the staff and other members. I attend a couple of the classes every week and have been impressed with the variety and the number of classes offered.
