How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We start with what we call the No Sweat Intro! This is a meeting with the Coach and Athlete, and we discuss what the client actually wants to achieve. We break down what it will take to get there, in a no-nonsense, non-sales-pitch fashion. We are very honest about what it will take to achieve your goals!

What inspired you to start your own business?
When my contract was ending with the Navy, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur! I took the dive and started ResoluteFIT, and have been loving helping others achieve their health and wellness goals ever since!
