Dan is really great at his job for a multitude of reasons. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to better themselves. He makes your journey very obtainable whether you are in the gym with him in person or participate in his online training.I primarily train with him online and he makes the process so easy. Weekly check-in's are how we converse about my progress and where he makes any changes to my macros or training plans. You are able to choose how many days you are in the gym - based on your schedule Dan will create a custom workout plan for the week.Dan does not restrict any foods! I repeat, DAN DOES NOT RESTRICT FOODS!I eat cookies basically everyday and have lost 23 pounds since I started working with Dan.
