I have been with RPT for a few years now and I LOVE working out here. It's a small, family-vibe gym. Kevin is such a positive, motivating and inspiring person to train with and the group classes are fun, challenging, and something I look forward to every week! I highly recommend RPT!!!

I haven't been to his gym since Kevin always comes to us, but whether it's at the beach, a park or the house, it's always a fun workout. He brings a variety things to keep it interesting while kicking our butts at the same time! I've seen him put a TRX around a tree. I love the boxing gloves. If you want a workout you that will challenge you and distract you from the fact you're working out, I highly recommend him! More...

I love Resilience Personal Training!  Kevin and Adrian are both great, knowledgable, supportive trainers.  I started doing strength training here for the first time and never thought I would be able to gain the strength that I have.  When I started, I could only do 6 pushups.  Two months later, I can do 20.  I lost 2% body fat in my first month and am continuing to make progress.  Fun, challenging workouts that give you results with fun people who keep you motivated and keep you laughing! Q&As

Connecting with new people. Seeing transformations take place. Pushing myself to be a better coach and learning more and more about the human mind and body. Getting people fired up. Making people laugh!

I was once an unhealthy college student who ate spaghetti-o's out of the can and was sick all the time. My quest to improve my own health and fitness led me to realize that helping others achieve greater health would become my life's passion!

People should train here if they are ready to change their life in a positive way. I think we have a fun, supportive and nonintimidating community here and it keeps getting better and better!
