What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people regain confidence and traction as they pursue their goals in life. For this reason I have dedicated over twenty-five years of my life coaching and counseling clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the flexibility of hours and the ability to select my clients based on the issues I specialized in. To watch lives being transformed is the best experience in the world.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since many of my clients are online or remote, Covid is not an issue. If we meet in-person, and you’re are not feeling well, we can reschedule or change to remote.
Life Coaching
I am a certified Christian Life Coach as well as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in training (pre-licensed) at Liberty University, VA. I a have 25 years of experience in Pastoral Care, Coaching and Counseling. I have helped countless clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss/grief, and life transitions. I do not work with insurance because as a Life Coach I will not diagnose. Private pay only. I do 50 minute sessions in-person or remote. I also schedule evening sessions based on availability. Individual coaching is 80.00 dollars per-session.
