The customer service team was extremely helpful. My daughters car was towed 4 times in one month and the manager at Tiffany Lakes was able to get my daughters car with no charge. Also Osvaldo was on the phone with me the whole time and trying to calm me down. He has excellent customer service skills. My daughters guest parking pass was stolen from her car and thats why her car was towed. Today I went and I was able to get another tag but please keep an eye on the one that was stolen. 2 years ago-So far, this has been the Property Management company guiding my condominium during 4 years. Renovations Property Management has improved in a 100% the conditions of our community from aesthetics to a reasonable decrease on our maintenance payments. They also respond in a timely manner to our after hour calls.
