RenoClean LLC was born April 2022, offering a variety of services with a focus on Post Renovation - Rough & Final Cleans.

Here's how it all began....

In December 2020, I was hired as a part time leasing agent where I live. I worked mainly from home for leasing office until new management was brought in and my position was eliminated in December 2021. Being a single mom of 3 and primary caregiver of my son (who was at home with me and only 1 yr old, at the time), I asked if there was any other work I could do that offered a flex schedule. I was offered move out cleaning on site. I said Yes!!

Around the same time a renovation project had begun. I was asked if I wanted to clean some of those apartments, I said Yes!! I was offered first dibs on any apartment I had time to clean - I took every single one, unless I just didn't have time.

In April 2022, I decided I would start the LLC because I had gained so much knowledge about how to handle post renovation cleanings and I wanted to become a vendor in the property management portal.

In 2023 as the renovation project slowed down, I added other services such as airbnb refreshers, pressure washing, grounds & housekeeping of office and other common areas, organizing and some residential cleaning.

In 2024 I envision growth beyond my expectations. Up to this point I have done a lot of the work alone, however I was able to connect with some independent contractors and have made friends with a power house of women in the cleaning service industry. I want to be able to offer work to people who may not have the availability to work 9-5 and are looking for flex work.

As I clean, I am reminded of my sister who passed away in 2019, she loved cleaning and we cleaned quite a lot together as children and as adults/mothers. My business was born out of a need for keeping my family/finances afloat, and has sustained with the passion to keep my sister's memory alive in my daily activities.
