What’s your signature dish?
I am proud of every dish. I love food! Over the last 30 years I have been lucky enough to be able to challenger myself with several different styles of cooking as well as food profiles.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Menu planning is ever evolving. It is a path we will take together, with a couple wish list items and a few revisions we will be able to create your perfect meal the fits your beget.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We have provided some of our corporate, and residential community clients online services during this pandemic. A couple examples of these are; zoom classes for BBQ sauces and rubs, how to properly pan sear fish, reverse sear method for prime rib.
