The first time I made an appointment to see Shantell, I was hoping to improve my eating choices. Having been markedly improved in that area, I returned to her because I am a T1 diabetic and my "dawn phenomenon" high blood sugar spikes had been out of control Just getting ready for work in the morning, along with the dp would make my sugar spike to well over 250 some mornings. ..no food, just a straight spike up anticipating my day. After discussing all of this with Shantell, she created a hypnotherapy just for me to address my morning anxiety about my day ahead and I have seen AMAZING days in the few weeks that have passed.
