I love helping people go from surviving to thriving! Working with clients to build healthier relationships with themselves and others is a privilege and a joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After walking through traumatic grief and chronic pain, I realized that I wanted to use my professional and personal experience to offer others hope and practical tools for building a life of joy and fulfillment.
