Great Experience. Steve (the owner) is easy to work with and really takes pride in his work and that of the Remodel Pro team. We have used him several times, most recently for an outdoor living space. We started with an idea and worked with Steve to design an exceptional patio area. His input was key and the overall quality and craftsmanship of the work is excellent. Our home was built in 1895 and has a lot of character, so the design element was important. I can't say enough great things about Remodel Pro. The owner and those working with/for him were top-notch professionals. My project was a partial remodel with an addition, and they did a terrific job of making the addition look like it had always been there . The tie-in between old and new was complicated, but they made it look easy. The project took place in the time-frame they said it would, for the price they quoted...and it looks incredible. We had our entire first floor remodeled with Remodel pro, LLC and then continued onto our second floor master bath. We absolutely love how it turned out!

On our first floor, we replaced old carpeting and ceramic tile with whole floor luxury vinyl tile; our once boring, narrow carpeted staircase was replaced with an open and much more dramatic oak and iron baluster stairway; walls were removed for a more spacious floor plan; our kitchen was completely demo’d and a new floor plan of cabinetry was installed; a 4’ kitchen island became an 8’ island with the move of our laundry room; and a brick fireplace was widened and covered with dry stack stone, again, giving a much more dramatic look. Ceilings were torn down and replaced, duct and electrical work were rerouted, large baseboards and crown mounding were added throughout, and our existing woodwork was touched up.

On our second floor, a never used whirlpool tub was removed and our washer and dryer were put in its place. The prefab bathroom shower stall was torn out and a larger hand tiled stall was put in its place. The flooring was torn out and replaced as well. In a dressing area outside of the master bath, a new floor and sink with base were installed.

After the inside of our home was complete, Steve and his men tore our old wooden splintered deck out and replaced it with two toned Azek decking and iron railings. It’s beautiful.

Although we had several quotes on our work, Steve’s unique ideas and special touches that he adds to his work is what had us turning to Remodel Pro as our contractor. He has a creative mind and is able to come into your home and “see” a plan that makes your space unique. We knew we wanted walls knocked down for more of an open plan but when he added his suggestion to cut half of a dining room wall away to open the staircase, that made a huge difference in our foyer. His ideas for covering over our red brick fireplace with dry stack was another Idea we had never even thought of. These are just two of the changes that have made such an impact on the appearance of our home and we love it! Our closed in English Tudor is now more open and “classy”, not to mention functional.

Steve and his men are honest, open to changes during the project, and very hard working. They each have their specialties and work well together. After our four month remodel, I teased them that I would miss “living” with them. Because remodels are time consuming, you have to not only have a working relationship with your workers, but a friendly, respectful, and trusting relationship as well.

We are EXTREMELY satisfied with our remodel and I have recommended Remodel Pro, LLC to many friends and neighbors. My house is now a home and its my favorite place to be. We will definitely call Steve for any future projects we may have! More...

Finding a contractor to build your dream is never an easy task, so when you find one like Remodel Pro, you stick with them and tell your friends. This is our third project in 3 years and we are amazed it is still the same professional team we worked with on our first, a bathroom remodel. Our second project was a much needed detached two car garage cut into a backyard hill that included a "first floor" storage area below the garage. The brick facade matched our house and enhanced the overall look of the property. Although no one loves the addition more than us, many neighbors have stopped by with positive comments.

Our recent project is our biggest, and a desire of ours for many years. Steve Ott has taken our small 3 bedroom ranch and raised the ceilings with beams, restored our wooden floors, and designed our dream kitchen. Each person on the Remodel Pro team has a great work ethic, arrives when they say they will, and completes each task with pride.
