Believe it or not our little town of Nolanville has it's own realty and property management company. I know, I was shocked to see it too! I have lived here my whole life and didn't realize it until they placed their new window decals and billboard up. 75 Realty is AWESOME! I love the girls in there. Teresa is absolutely the sweetest. I was looking for the City Building yesterday so I could get a permit and I didn't realize that it had moved so I when stepped into 75 Realty I was greeted by this beautiful lady with a sweet southern accent. She gave me perfect directions to the City Building and she even offered me a bottle of water. I guess she could tell that I had been working out in the heat all day by my appearance. I have been renting with them for a few years and my experience was ok for the most part. They do fix things when something is broken and answer your questions and concerns. I like that they don't hassle you as other realtors and respect your privacy and work time. The only reason I gave a less than 5-star rating is that they do not get back with you in a timely manner. I see majority people who reviewed are homeowners and therefore I would highly advise that it does help to get to know the people who rent from you so you can develop a mutual respect for each other.
