Relieve Fitness

Stephanie is very diligent and very encouraging as she worked with me. She was as excited about my progress as I was which encouraged me to work harder to meet my goal. Her patience with me was never ending. My objective was to strengthen my legs, core, and upper body while fighting my limitations caused by arthritis in all joints. I was preparing for a total ankle replacement surgery. I have never been into a fitness routine. I knew I had to be stronger to recover and get through physical therapy. I would not have met my goals without Stephanie’s direction to focus on the muscle groups needed. I’m extremely happy to say that while non-weight bearing on my leg my upper body was able to accomplish getting out of bed and transferring. My physical therapist was amazing at my progress and confirmed that my trainer did a fantastic job getting me strong for my surgery as did my surgeon.
