They are truly "reliable"--they have a great system where you get a reminder each time they are coming and then another reminder when they are getting close to your house. This really helps for coordinating, etc.  They are extremely thorough and are great at working around us as we are working from home. In addition, their website it great. I had engaged Brandon for kitchen deep cleaning and carpet steam cleaning. Since I was short on time and he was the only one having availability, I went ahead. Now after moving in, we got to evaluate his work in detail. Hence putting this delayed review.I had discussed about a fixed rate rather than hourly.When he arrived at home, after evaluating the carpet area, he increased the quote by$100. Further, after about three hours, her mentioned he is done. When we looked at kitchen, we found lot of sorry spots. He mentioned that his three hours are over and that he cannot do anything more than what he has already done. I feel as if I have been cheated of my hard earned money. I needed a deep clean before putting my house on the market and the Reliable Housekeeping team did an amazing job and at a very fair price! Brandon cleaned my house from top to bottom in 5 hours and I was very pleased with how sparkling the house looked when I got home. I also had a special window cleaning service added and all of this was completed in the same day with very little hassle on my end. I hired Reliable Housekeeping for DEEP cleaning services for my home that I'm getting ready to list on the market. I was quoted and charged $480 for three cleaners at the rate of $40 an hour per cleaner. At the prices I was charged and how they advertise on their website "providing the highest standard cleaning," a customer would expect professional, quality work. Instead I had to hire another company to get the actual job completed correctly. After the owner Brandon claimed to be done, he said he didn't have time to do a final walk through. But he suggested that I could do one and to let him know if there was anything he could do to make it better. Upon doing my own walk through I discovered a lot of areas they missed and most areas they cleaned were not thorough. I took a good amount of photos that reflect subpar work. He also admitted to removing the protective film on the microwave pad when cleaning it, yet denied damaging it. However, because of that it is all scratched up. There were also scratch damages to my stove that didn't exist before they cleaned. One of his cleaners verbally admitted to one of my witnesses and I about being inexperienced and the quality definitely shows. I contacted Brandon via email to send him all the photos, seek resolution, and request a refund. I also made him aware that this caused a delay in the scheduling of listing my house. I had to cancel the photography appointment the following day so I could get it truly deep cleaned. His response was extremely unprofessional and off putting. He offered zero refund. I was met with defensiveness and his lack of professionalism in willingly giving me his business license number. He told me to "contact the Sacramento county business license office." I would never want anyone to go through this and that is why I'm sharing my experience. I was introduced to Reliable Housekeeping here on yelp through their quote feature that allows you to get quotes from local businesses.  Brandon responded quickly to my request for a quote.  Brandon's communication was clear, friendly and professional.  He provided a quote for the job, and we set up a date and time for the crew to clean the same day I requested the quote!The day of the cleaning; the crew texted to let me know they were on their way, and they got here right on time.  They did a deep clean of a house that I don't think it had a deep clean in four or five years.  I was getting ready to move into the house, and I needed a team willing to clean base boards, sills, windows, blinds, walls.  They turned a dingy five bedroom house into something move in ready in a matter of hours.  They did such a great job, I asked them to come back later in the week and clean the exterior windows and do some more work in the kitchen and bathrooms.Reliable Housekeeping was certainly reliable, and they did a great job overall!  I would recommend them to anyone that needs some cleaning done, and I'm planning on asking them to come back on a regular basis to help keep the house clean! Reliable Housekeeping.  The name says it all.  This is a business you can truly rely on to fit your schedule and specific needs, arrive on time and do an excellent job at an affordable price.  Reliable Housekeeping puts safety first. There cleaners are background checked and professionally trained.  They use environmentally friendly cleaning products.  Brandon arrived on time and was very professional.  He wore a mask from start to finish and practiced social distancing.  Brandon did an excellent job vacuuming up a lot of drywall dust off my garage floor and mopping the floor.  The floor was completely clean and my garage smelled fresh at a very reasonable price.  This is a business I will use again and highly recommend. Reliable Housekeeping has done a fantastic job with our home.First Brandon came out to give us an estimate to clean our home after a tenant moved out, and also gave us an estimate for carpet cleaning. The price was fair and Brandon seemed to be very professional.The follow up was great, I received email and text confirmations, and their system is really informative and easy to use. My apartment needed a very deep clean after traveling for work quite extensively, and I was blown away by the result. They did a great job. The refrigerator looks brand new, the ceiling fan cleaned spotless, floors and all furniture looked fabulous too. The apartment needed a deep cleaning and it was done well- thank you.
