About

I call myself a Men’s Freedom Coach. That’s because I help men, usually over 50, who feel held prisoner by their own lack of motivation, fatigue, isolation, and often, boredom.

With my coaching I help them find FREEDOM through establishing specific attitudes, habits and behaviors that skyrocket motivation, create abundant energy, support fulfilling relationships and generate creativity.

In just a few short months of working with Bernadette I have experienced what I can only describe as exponential growth. Bernadette's unique insight, her attention to the not-so-obvious, lends to her overall spirit and excellence as a life coach. I am blessed our paths have crossed. She is indeed exceptional.

Q&As

First, there’s what I give. When clients first come to me, often it’s like they’re wearing blinders and there are parts of themselves and the world they aren’t seeing.

After working with me the blinders fall off, and not only does a whole new world open up, but they also get to meet themselves on a whole other level, where they are free of what’s been holding them back, things like self-criticism, procrastination, self-sabotage and lack of focus.

Participating in that is both so rewarding and joyful.

Second is what I receive from coaching. Every single I coach I learn something and I grow.

I think it’s incredible that I can say that about my job.

My first business, which was my Massage Therapy Practice, was started more out of necessity than inspiration,

I had, for many years, a job I worked independently. When I left that job and took another one, I learned quickly that I was no longer comfortable in a typical manager-employee situation.

Consequently, I was, more or less, forced to start my own business.

After having spent almost eight years working 1-on-1 with world-class coaches and receiving my coaching certifications, starting my own coaching practice was a natural step.

Being a life coaching client myself, I would choose me because:

I am personally invested in my clients’ success. My success depends on their success, which means I’m going to do whatever it takes to help them succeed.

Aside from my coaching experience, I have worked as a teacher, caregiver and massage therapist. I am a natural guide and healer.

I walk my talk. I’ve been investing in my own coaching for more than 12 years.

Finally, something all of my clients have always said about me: “Bernadette, you really do care.”

I provide coaching both in person, on Zoom and by phone.

I work more virtually, and I will wear a mask when meeting in person if requested by the client.
