I am a newbie at Massage, despite being a Senior citizen....I contacted Karen because of a stiff neck issue and she was kind and informative. ..the massage was exc. ...and we also shared a laugh because of my inexperience with this process....I try to support local business and also women owned ones....I have been one myself! So, long story short...I was very pleased and will make another appt in the near future....the atmosphere is lovely, clean and calming. More...

I will never waste my time going to another massage parlor EVER. This lady knows what she’s doing, the place is gorgeous inside, and she’s not corporate so I like supporting local. They offer Reiki and cryotherapy, plus that new weight loss thing where they use hot and cold for 1/3 of the price. She even starts out with head and face massages and head scratches. 10/10. More...

We traveled to Rockford from out of state. Between our 11.5 hour drive, and replacing the suspension on our son’s car, my poor husband’s shoulder was in tremendous pain. Karen kindly agreed to fit us in on her day off. She gave my husband a deep-tissue massage and cryotherapy. He was so pleased with the massage and felt great relief from his shoulder pain. The atmosphere was peaceful and Karen was very professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend her services! More...
